Description
- Receive all kinds of structural drawing, design & architectural layout with clear understanding from project manager.
- Performs civil construction tasks within time line and compare the actual works done against planned and suggest
- necessary/ initiative/recommendations to maintain the work schedule of project.
- Performs proper follow up to in-house all construction related materials timely as well as informing the same to project
- manager regularly.
- Ensures all materials used and work performed meets expected quality standard set by the management.
- Ensures supervising and monitoring the work site, labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Maintains Liaising with Consultants, Subcontractors, Supervisors and the general workforce involved in any civil works of
- the group.
- Maintains all kinds of recordings regarding civil/ electrical / mechanical sector.
