Description

  • To manage share management i.e. all kind of the works of Share Department of the company independently.
  • To deal with shareholders of the company.
  • To prepare & distribute of Dividend warrants.
  • To issue Bonus share through CDBL online.
  • Having knowledge in share de-mate/re-mat and splitting paper shares.
  • Having knowledge in all compliance of share related with all regulatory bodies i.e. DSE,CSE,BSEC,IDRA & RJSC.
  • To arrange all works of AGM/EGM of the company.

Educational Requirements

Masters in Finance/ Accounting or BBA/ MBA from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements

Must shave 5 years practical experience in Share Department of any public listed company preferably in non-life insurance company.

Additional Requirements

  • Age At most 40 year(s)
  • Should have sound knowledge in Computer Literacy in MS Word, Excel & Power Point etc.
  • Good communication skill both English & Bengali.
