- Provide technical support to end users of service and software over telephone, email or SMS;
- Provide support related to software or network issues, installation of software or hardware (when required);
- Responsible for documenting and logging reported problems and issues.
- Closely monitor and follow-up support tickets escalated to other teams.
- Monitor server/ service up time and identify performance issues.
- Performing routine checking of systems and software.
- Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
- Ensuring that software systems are up and running.
- Evaluate reported or detected problems and implement satisfactory solutions to resolve network or service related issued and prevent recurrence.
- Work effectively and professionally with other team members, co-workers in other departments and external customers.
- Be on-call 24X7 to support business critical data networks.
- Must abide by the relevant policies and procedures specified in company's Quality Management and Information Security Management Systems, failure of which may result in disciplinary action.
Graduated in any discipline.
